That the members of the Society shall meet once every year
and that the General Committee shall hold a meeting bimonthly

and oftener whenever necessary at the discretion of the President
That at every meeting all matters shall be decided by the
majority of votes of the members present, and that five members
shall form a quorum.

That the General Committee shall have power to fill all
vacancies caused by death or resignation and shall have further
power to add to their number by inviting other members of the
Society to join their body.
9.
All persons taking an interest in the objects of the
Society are invited to become members, but no one shall be deemed
to be a member of the Society unless he has paid his subscription
fee of $5.00.
10.
The General Comittee shall have power to revoke, amend or
add to the above rules and regulations of the Society, provided
however that every revocation, amendments, or addition, shall
have the confirmation of the members in general meeting
assembled.
